Swiss pendant watch 18k gold with pearl accents on
engraved rectangular case -
Details:
This
is a rare 18K gold pendant watch made in Switzerland
around 1800 with split pearl accents on a nicely engraved
rectangular case.
The
beveled crystal is convex to magnify the dial and
the exposed cylinder escapement within the blued steel
surround. The
back of the case has a clasp to allow it to be pinned
to a garment for additional safety. The watch is running,
but has not been restored.
