serpentine shaped French timepiece has a ormolu frieze
top and bottom, with a porcelain dial and Arabic numerals.
The
movement, with it’s original cylinder escapement,
runs well and has recently been cleaned and serviced.
The
case is 4.5” high plus the handle and numbered 639.
Circa 1870.
